The cost of treatment varies, based on the specific needs of each patient. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We offer a variety of payment plans and financing options.

Fees

In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established this financial policy:

• Payment in Full - An 8% discount is offered with this plan.
• No Interest Installment Plan - Payments can be spread out over the course of treatment following the initial down payment.
• Automatic Payment - Monthly automatic payments can be set up through your checking account or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
• On-line Payments - Online payment options are available through our website by logging into your account.
• Flexible Payment Choices - Payment options such as quarterly, semi-annual, or annual arrangements are available, as discussed with the treatment coordinator.
• Third Party Financing - Care Credit is offered for patients interested in third party financing.

Insurance

We accept the assignment of insurance and are happy to assist you in filing the necessary forms. We will work hard to ensure you receive the maximum benefits possible under your individual plan.
